3.6 комплексная диэлектрическая проницаемость (complex permittivity) e: Отношение абсолютных величин электрического смещения и напряженности электрического поля в рассматриваемой точке среды. Проницаемость биологических тканей зависит от частоты.
где - вектор электрического смещения, Кл/м2;
- вектор напряженности электрического поля, В/м;
e0 - диэлектрическая проницаемость вакуума = 8,854 · 10-12, Ф/м;
er - комплексная относительная диэлектрическая проницаемость, вычисляемая по формуле
где ω - угловая частота (ω = 2pf), рад/с;
s - проводимость среды, См/м.
Примечание - В изотропной среде диэлектрическая проницаемость выражается скалярными величинами; в анизотропной среде проницаемость выражается тензорными величинами.
